Terms and shipping physical products
Shipping and delivery of products
1 The purchased products will be delivered by the courier identified by the Seller to the shipping address indicated by the Purchaser on the Order.
2 Where the Buyer decides to use a method of delivery which does not provide for a return receipt in favor of the Seller, or some form of acknowledgment of receipt in favor of the Seller, the latter cannot be held liable in the event of failure or incorrect delivery.
3 Upon receipt of the goods at home, the Purchaser is required to verify the integrity of the packages at the time of delivery by the courier. In the event of anomalies, the Purchaser is required to have the same detected and noted down exactly by the courier and reject the delivery. Otherwise he will lose the possibility of asserting his rights in this regard
Right of withdrawal
1 In the sole hypothesis in which the Purchaser qualifies as a Consumer pursuant to the law, he will have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, communicating it to the Seller within the term of ten (10 ) days, starting from the day on which the Purchaser acquires physical possession of the Products. The term is considered respected if the Purchaser sends back the Products before the expiry of the 10-day period.
2 The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- the returned Products must be returned in their entirety and not on parts or components of them;
- the returned Products must not have been used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged and must not show any signs of use;
- Returned Products must be returned packaged exactly as they were shipped, complete with all accessories and labels.
- the returned Products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept Products of the same Order returned and shipped at different times;
- the returned Products must be delivered to the courier within ten (10) days from the date on which the Purchaser received the products;
3 If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the previous conditions (paragraph 7.2), the Seller will reimburse the sums paid no later than 14 days from the day on which the same was informed of the Purchaser's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal withdrawal, provided that the Seller has already received the returned goods. The Seller will use for the re-credit the same means of payment used by the Purchaser for the initial transaction.
4 In the event of withdrawal, the only costs to be borne by the Purchaser will remain the initial shipping costs of the order of the products purchased. All other expenses will be reimbursed by the Seller, including the costs of delivery of the returned goods following the exercise of the right of withdrawal (with the exception of the additional costs deriving from the Buyer's possible choice to use a different and more expensive delivery method than to the type of standard delivery offered by the Seller).
5 For the return, the Purchaser must only use the Courier indicated by the Seller in the Online Return Form.
