Shipping and delivery of products

1 The purchased products will be delivered by the courier identified by the Seller to the shipping address indicated by the Buyer on the Order.

2 Where the Buyer decides to make use of a delivery method which does not provide for a return receipt in favor of the Seller, or some form of confirmation of receipt in favor of the Seller, the latter cannot be held responsible in the event of failure or incorrect delivery.

3 Upon receiving the goods at his home, the Buyer is required to verify the integrity of the packages upon delivery by the courier. In case of anomalies, the Buyer is required to have the courier detect and note them exactly and reject the delivery. Otherwise he will lose the possibility of asserting his rights in this regard

Right of withdrawal

1 In the sole event in which the Buyer qualifies as a Consumer in accordance with the law, he will have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, communicating it to the Seller within ten (10 ) days, starting from the day on which the Buyer acquires physical possession of the Products. The deadline is considered respected if the Buyer sends back the Products before the expiry of the 10 day period.

2 The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • the returned Products must be returned in their entirety and not on parts or components of them;
