Shipping and withdrawal terms
Shipping and delivery of products
1 The products purchased will be delivered by the courier identified by the Seller to the shipping address indicated by the Buyer on the Order.
2 Where the Buyer determines to make use of a method of separation that does not provide for a return receipt in favour of the Seller, or some form of confirmation of receipt in favour of the Seller, the latter cannot be held responsible in the event of failure or incorrect delivery.
3 Upon receipt of the goods at home, the Buyer is required to verify the integrity of the packages at the time of delivery by the courier. In the event of anomalies, the Purchaser is obliged to have the same ones noted and noted by the courier and reject the delivery. Otherwise, it will be void of the possibility to assert its rights in this regard
Right of withdrawal
1 In the event that the Buyer is qualified as a Consumer by law, he will have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, communicating it to the Seller within the period of ten (10) days from the day on which the Buyer acquires physical possession of the Products. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the Buyer returns the Products before the expiry of the 10-day period.
2 Â The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
Products returned must be returned in their entirety and not on parts or components thereof;
the returned Products must not have been used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged and must not bear any sign of use;
Returned products must be returned packaged exactly as they were shipped, complete with each accessory and label.
Returned Products must be sent to the Seller in one shipment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept Products of the same Order returned and shipped at different times;
the returned Products must be delivered to the courier within ten (10) days from the date on which the Buyer received the products;
3 If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the above conditions (paragraph 7.2), the Seller will refund the sums to be paid no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the Buyer’s decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that the Seller has already received the return of the goods. The Seller shall use the same means of payment used by the Buyer for the initial transaction for re-crediting.
4 In the event of withdrawal, the only charges to be borne by the Buyer will remain the initial shipping of the order of the products purchased. All other expenses will be reimbursed by the Seller, including the costs of delivery of the goods returned following the exercise of the right of withdrawal (except for the additional costs arising from the Buyer’s choice to use a different and more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery type offered by the Seller).
5 For the return the Buyer must use exclusively the Courier indicated by the Seller in the Online Return Form.
