Shipping and delivery of products

1 The purchased products will be delivered by the courier identified by the Seller to the shipping address indicated by the Buyer on the Order.

2 Where the Buyer decides to make use of a delivery method which does not provide for a return receipt in favor of the Seller, or some form of confirmation of receipt in favor of the Seller, the latter cannot be held responsible in the event of failure or incorrect delivery.

3 Upon receiving the goods at his home, the Buyer is required to verify the integrity of the packages upon delivery by the courier. In case of anomalies, the Buyer is required to have the courier detect and note them exactly and reject the delivery. Otherwise he will lose the possibility of asserting his rights in this regard

Right of withdrawal

1 In the sole event in which the Buyer qualifies as a Consumer in accordance with the law, he will have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, communicating it to the Seller within ten (10 ) days, starting from the day on which the Buyer acquires physical possession of the Products. The deadline is considered respected if the Buyer sends back the Products before the expiry of the 10 day period.

2 The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

• the returned Products must be returned in their entirety and not on parts or components of them;
• the returned Products must not have been used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged and must not show any signs of use;
• Returned Products must be returned packaged exactly as they were shipped, complete with all accessories and labels.
• the returned Products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept Products from the same Order returned and shipped at different times;
• the returned Products must be delivered to the courier within ten (10) days from the date on which the Buyer received the products;

3 If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the previous conditions (paragraph 7.2), the Seller will refund the sums paid no later than 14 days from the day on which he was informed of the Buyer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. withdrawal, provided that the Seller has already received the return of the goods. The Seller will use the same payment method used by the Buyer for the initial transaction for the credit.

4 In case of withdrawal, the only costs borne by the Buyer will remain the initial shipping costs of the order of the products purchased. All other expenses will be reimbursed by the Seller, including the costs of delivery of the goods returned following the exercise of the right of withdrawal (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice of the Buyer to use a different and more expensive delivery method than to the standard delivery type offered by the Seller).

5 For returns, the Buyer must use exclusively the courier indicated by the Seller in the Online Return Form.
